BA Assistant

By accessing and using BA Assistant ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

BA Assistant is an AI-powered SaaS platform that generates business analysis documentation including User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.

The Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4) to generate content based on user input. While we strive for accuracy and quality, generated content should be reviewed and validated by qualified professionals before use in production environments.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

BA Assistant offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different generation limits and features.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Generation limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused generations

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe Customer Portal.

Each subscription tier has monthly generation limits. Usage beyond these limits will be blocked until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies and may suspend accounts that:

• Attempt to circumvent generation limits
• Use automated scripts or bots without authorization
• Generate content for resale or redistribution
• Abuse the Service in ways that impact other users

Your Content: You retain all rights to the input you provide and the generated documentation. You may use generated content for any lawful purpose.

Our Service: The BA Assistant platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of StViga.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without explicit written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

We store:

• Account information (email, subscription details)
• Generated documentation for your history
• Usage statistics and analytics
• Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BA Assistant (StViga) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party actions or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused time or generations
• Your data will be retained for 90 days, then deleted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
